A buddy of mine at the gym came across this article written in T-nation magazine towards the bottom of the page.

I personally think this is crap. My friend wanted to try igf-1 until he read the article, now hes freaked out(hes overly paranoid about stuff) about organ growth and cancer. I tried telling him that this guy named Cy probably wrote this article to try to sell more of his stuff. In my opinion, you would probably have to take over 150mcg day for long periods of time to stimulate organ growth, Im not a doctor though. Somebody told me it had to do with receptor cell selectivity. And Im pretty damn sure if you dont have cancer, igf-1 is not going to give it to you, it will only accelerate it if you have it. I know I sure as hell enjoy my igf-1. Ive had pretty good gains, and have leaned out good so far. Can anyone help me please explain this article to my lifting buddy. Thank you.
