While I have long known of the numerous benefits of Silyamarin, the active ingredient in Milk Thistle, in the range of 300mg a day, I have never heard of such a vague report with no dosing protocols and only referring to Milk Thistle by its proper name (Silybum marianum). This is kind of like saying "eat shark cartilage". We know now that it was the MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin. This guy is nearly two decades late on his "findings". The above referenced benefits are due to Silymarin and any good Milk Thistle product should be standardized for it.
