height to body weight

just curious, right now im 5'9 and 180lbs with 15%bf, was thinking about doing another bulking cycle, i gained 30lbs off my last one,, what weight is best looking for someone my height, i would like to reach 200 but i dont want to look funny due to the height.
 
Well, if I were you I would do a lean bulker (or a cutter)...try to limit the amount of BF you have because it's going to be harder to take off if you keep gaining fat.
 
You might want to lean up a bit before doing another bulker.... its really not how much you wiegh per se, but the quality of the mass you have.....consider dropping down to 10-12%, i feel you will be extremely pleased with your results....
 
damn i hate cardio, if i was to do a cutter, guess it would be out of prop, eq, and winny. im on top of my diet, so thats no prob
Prop:200mg eod 1-12
Eq 200mg 2xweek 1-10
Winni 50mg eod 6-12
guess i could do stationary cycling for cardio, any suggestions on cycle and advice
 
Yeah, learn to like cardio, lol. Its a necessary evil. For a cycle i suggest you running a short estered eq with the prop or you'll be running prop for a long time while you wait for the eq to take full effect. Although you could frontload the eq. What kind of eq r we talking about, short ester, long ester, eq base?
 
Also if you dont like long, steady cardio and I dont blame ya instead try intervals there more anaerobic than aerobic which works out great for holding onto lbm. Also you dont have to do them nearly as long, 20 minutes of intervals works great.
 
Have to agree with body2see. You'd probably look huge and freaky but round at 200lbs if still at 15%. You sound like you aren't worrying about being able to play sports because you'd be way to heavy to move quickly at 200lbs. If you got to 180 at 5% you'd probably look huge the way you want to.
 
I am almost the same build (5'8" and 190, with about 15-20% bf) and I am now trying to lose a bit of bf before I try to bulk up again.

Adding Clen and T3 to your cutter should really help. I can drop ten pounds over three weeks.

You also might find that your next bulking cycle won't add as much as the last.

i know i can get the clen from MC,, what about the t3, is that legal or what, kno nothing bout both, info needed please.
 
Clenbuterol works similiar to ephedrine but it stays in your system longer. For fat burning it has the same effect on fat cells, clenbuterol heats you up but accelerates the heart less than an ECA stack so one can use a higher dose. MC Clen has ketofin in it so downregulation of beta receptors is not a problem and you can stay on for longer than the 2 weeks most will tell you. For Clenbuterol the dose would be about 100 mcg - 120mcg per day. It has anti catabloic properties so you could cut with it and not worry about losing quality muscle you've worked so hard to gain. I love it during PCT because I feel it helps me keep my gains and shed any last minute fat
 
Bump to mikeswift.

I hav done it right after a bulker, before the PST and it is great. Still enough gear in the system to help keep muscle. Also, since your body is used to getting a ton of cals, a normal diet will get you to the point of losing weight. My metabolism adjusts in about 6 weeks and it makes it hard to gain or lose after that unless I continue to hunker down.

Now, I am doing it as a part of a short cutter/tendon cycle that will lead to a bulker. The thought of doing a bulker in two weeks makes the cutter much easier.
 
Bro I'm 5'9, 210 pounds and I think I look normal. I mean ppl always tell me i'm getting wider which is true but nothing out of the ordinary.
