Emergeny room visit this morning..

Woke up this morning with my inner trachea so swollen I couldnt swallow. Looked into the mirror and opened my mouth and that little thing that hangs down in the back of your throat was so trashed I could almost chew on it. Went to the ER after freaking cause I couldnt drink any water, they swab my throat, ran some tests and came back in with a needle. Some BS steroid shot, the nurse gives me the, drop your pants gig and I just laugh. Thinking to myself "damn please dont do my right glute, do my left one, Ive got to inject into my right glute in the morning"! With the syringe in her MOUTH, she freaking harponed my ass! Ive done this a lot but never hurt that bad, its been over 8 hours and my ass feels like ive been pumped full of 3ccs of a winnstrol/test prop mix, this is some firey stuff. Needless to say, swelling in my throat has went down and I can eat again. Not what i want to do every Sunday monring.

I still feel like I'm busting through 2 or 3 layers of pop cans everytime I shoot my legs. Deep pains while entering all down my leg. Don't know why but I'm about to stop hitting them. I start sweating before I even load up. Everywhere else is like butter though. If I knew what you got I could tell you if it was her, lucky nerve, or the medicine. Anyway, suc it up son! Peace

I had a similar thing happen to me...the shot that they gave me hurt like hell. It immediately knots up and feels like you shot straight BA in there. The mixture supposedly contains lidocaine to reduce pain, but it didn't help much...lol

We still dont know what it is, but it gives me a good excuse to hammer down protein shakes!!!! It hurts like hell to eat but Im still doing it. Yeah the shot they game me hurt all the way down to my toes. I aint no puss, and I sure as hell aint afraid of no shot, but that one HURT! It still hurts! Usually prop will take about 8hours after injecting to get sore, this stuff turned into liquid fire no more than 30 seconds after injection, I still dont know what it was. Grey tipped needles are 22g right? Thats what she gouged me with!

Still dont know what the hell was going on this morning but everything is about 50% back to normal, I can eat and drink easier now. Throat is still hurting like hell, what did someone put in my drink last night?

It knots like a bitch cause they inject that shit in 2 seconds. I got a fat shot for strept throat and didn't wanna wait 5 days for the horse sized pills to kick in (I don't even think I coulda swallowed them). And when I get strept, I really get it and it comes on quick with massive pain and swelling.

Within 24 hrs was all gone.

I think the important thing is the fact that you can eat.

Sounds like it was an allergic reaction to something to me. People who are allergic to shellfish or other seafood or allergic to bee stings experience that kind of swelling.

That is really strange. Are you relaxing your quad? How are you sitting when you do your shot? Maybe you are hitting a nerve.

There are a lot of nerves in the quads which can account for what optimal is experiencing. I also have a hard time going in quads sometimes. It feels like I have to pierce through a thick layer before it will go in. Once I get through the 'layer,' I can feel it going down--a little painful all the way but not really hitting a nerve or anything. I think they are just sensitive. I'm switching to my delts--goes in without a hitch.

there are some people that inject their quads with the pin going strait down. That will cuase pain. I inject into the quat at in angle and that does me good.
