Lithium is for Strong Personality Disorders, aka bipolar, schizo...etc.... Valium is prescribed side by side as well for psychiatric disorders.

I think your doctor handled you very wrong. Such medicines are dangerous alone, let alone combined with gear. I hope you are off now, and be sure to get blood work if you ran either of these for sometime...Lithium is famous for permanent sides.
Thats me.

this was a great help..... keep up the good work!
just wondering my bp is 140/90 on a combo of test cyp, sost, eq, and deca and g.h. I also picked up smoking after 7 years although very lightly. I eat well and dont drink much. I am getting the numbness and tingling when I sleep. I have taken some arimidex. I dont stress much. Any sugg. worries?

Good post, the single most effective way I have found of lowering my blood pressure is doing regular cardio year round

cardio is king for keeping your BP in check especially while on EQ because it will help you put the extra RBC's in your system to good use and essentially "use them, instead of lose them" and drive your pressure through the roof.

That's good to know. I'll keep that in mind.

I'm glad I found this article, I think this should be pinned to the top forever bump and thanks for a great article bro...

I got the crap scared out of me on my bp one time. It was like over 170 on top and threw me in a panic attack (which I have anyway.) I ended up going to the hospital and got adavan and it calmed me down. Why do I tell you this. Here is the thing. Many of you guys have big arms I am sure. The average cuff is for arms "up to" 13 inches. My arms at the time were 17 and my measurement was way off. Make sure you get checked with the right size cuff. It makes a huge difference. My bp was actually like 135 on top.

going to pick up some sups to help this today. thanks for the info
