Supps only works best if........

I thought this would be a fun and somewhat informative as well if member could contribute to this thread... So it's kinda of a game to come with a word or two to educate people about supplements regardless of what it is... Vitamins, creatine, protein, AAS, hgh, igf and many others works best when alot of things are in check... So i will start if off with..

Supplement works best if

You take them like thay say on the bottle ( 1st think in the am/ on empty stomach etc)
 
Supplement works best if:
they are treated as "supplements" they are supposed to supplement your current diet and real food. not REPLACE it.

what percentage do you think comes from your parents? ie: genetics?

Water is more important than anyone knows. The average Joe is under nourished and dehydrated. He only drinks when its a cup of coffee or tea or coke. It is reasuring to see the surge in people who carry a bottle of water around! For a bodybuilder, drinking copious amount of water should be as routine as brushing your teeth. Once your body becomes to consuming at least a gallon of the clear stuff every day, you soon realise how chapped your mouth feels if you havent had a drink in 1/2 hour.

I agree with Bulking N. Just like vehicles run on fuel, your body runs on water. As far as water goes, if you are thirsty, you are already mildly dehydrated. Also if when you pee it is not clear you aren't drinking enough. I had read up also on an article some years back that was very interesting about our water consumption or lack thereof. Your body in a natural attempt to preserve itself holds a certain amount of excess water due to the fact we dont drink as much as we should. For lack of a better comparison kind of like the hump on a camels back, except most of us dont have humps lol. When you drink a lot of water and keep that proper intake of water coming in, your body releases a lot of that water excess, in the end helping with weight loss and better definition. Im not a doctor, but i am a medic and a firefighter and in my experience with both this job and my last, water is right at the top of the list when it comes to the body. Im sure most of you knew this but in case someone didnt, there ya go.
