I agree with Bulking N. Just like vehicles run on fuel, your body runs on water. As far as water goes, if you are thirsty, you are already mildly dehydrated. Also if when you pee it is not clear you aren't drinking enough. I had read up also on an article some years back that was very interesting about our water consumption or lack thereof. Your body in a natural attempt to preserve itself holds a certain amount of excess water due to the fact we dont drink as much as we should. For lack of a better comparison kind of like the hump on a camels back, except most of us dont have humps lol. When you drink a lot of water and keep that proper intake of water coming in, your body releases a lot of that water excess, in the end helping with weight loss and better definition. Im not a doctor, but i am a medic and a firefighter and in my experience with both this job and my last, water is right at the top of the list when it comes to the body. Im sure most of you knew this but in case someone didnt, there ya go.
