Cycle Critique - T3 or clen?

Hey all, would love some feedback on my cutting cycle... Ive ran this before and liked it... looking to run it again but this time add in some t3. ..

Test Propionate 150 Every other day Week 1 - 10 Tren Acetate 100mg Every other day 1 - 10
Winny 50mg Everyday 6-10


Now, the part I need some help with more or less... Im really trying to avoid any muscle loss.... but Ive read t3 can lead to that. Any suggestions? Should I avoid t3 and go with Clen instead? (cant get both) - by the weay, Ive never used t3 or Clen before.

For t3, I was thinking 25mcg/day... although Im also looking for suggestions as to how long I should run it, all 10 weeks? Im afraid of taking it over 25mcg because of the muscle loss. Plenty of protein as always + clean diet and cardio in check.

I would stay away from the T3 unless you have a LOT of weight to lose. I think Clen is the perfect add to the end of your cycle or to your PCT since it's an anti-catabolic, some even say it's anabolic but technically it's not although it's not unusual to gain muscle during your PCT with clen.

You really need to take a look at your diet and your cardio, a lot of people think they're on point with diet only to realize just how off it is once they start keeping a log.

recommendations on dosage of Clen and for how long? Id really like to use it during the cycle to obtain maximum weight loss rather than during PCT.
Also trying to avoid muscle loss as much as possible... infact, id like to gain some size on my cutter lol

I would have to go with clen over t3 any day of the week just for the risk factor though t3 i think works better, with clen ramp ur dosages up , and i have to say i personaly like e.c.a ephedrine, caffiene and asperin over both clen and t3 but thats just me, i hate clen with a passion and never tryed t3, to afraid to permantly fuck up my thyroid

i cant even remember how i doses clen bro and i hate it because it made me tired in the gym, i actualy left the gym twice after taking clen prior to gym, weird stuff for me
 
I ran t-3 along with clen and had great benefits.. Just make sure you don't overdue the t-3 because if you take too much, then you will be taking it the rest of your life!
 
i used t3 and clen during my last cutter with great results.
I think the theory of t3 catabolizing muscle is over-exaggerated. Even on a low dose of test, you shouldnt have muscle loss problems if your diet and training are correct.

I alternate clen 2 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off. As my calories drop more, I try to find something to kill my appetite such as ephedra.

so you think Im best to go 2weeks on... 1/2 weeks off... 2weeks on again... 2 off again, then a final 2 on again? This completes a 10 week cycle that I posted above.

Dosage recommendations?
 
if you use t3, id use it the entire 10 weeks starting at 25mc/day and slowly upping it to maybe 75mcg/day. Im an ectomorph and still didnt lose muscle at that dosage (being on test of course)

if using clen, then 2 on 1 off should be ok. you gotta up the dosage daily for those two weeks though, or your body will adapt to it quickly. i usually start with my 1-2 drops (liquid form) and work up to like half a dropper full by the end of the 2 weeks.
