I Took 50mgs Breakfast. The Only Way i Like To Take it Is With Orange Juice Hides The Tatse. Then I Would Take Another 50 Mgs Preworkout With Superpump I Felt Awesome In The Gym Almost Like On Cycle.i Also Started Seeing Everything At Night In Yellow An Green Tint. 3rd Week I Was A Pornstar Lol Super Horney Felt Like A Beast In The Gym. I Also Bumped It Up To 150 Mgs Daily. But The Night Vision Was Bad If There Was No Light. I Would Feed My Dogs At Night Like Always And I Felt Like I Was Blind. But I Could Drive At Night If Stuff Was Lit Up. I Was Loving It Week 3 Stregth Went Way Up I Think I Just Had So Much Aggression I Was Going Heavy An Hard. 4th Week I Felt Like Everything Tapered Off. Would I Run It Again Probably I Think The Positive Effects Out Ways The Negative. I Would Really Love It If It Was A Lil Cheaper.
