Insulin gains....

Tell me about your experince with Insulin, dose?, how many times a day?, and cycle?, and weight gain from it?.

I am taking 10 ius twice a day, for a 4 on 3 off cycle of it. I been on about a month. only gained like 5lbs, should I be expecting more? go to 3 times a day? or am i just being unpatient?

At your size and experience i would consider 5 pounds if its not fat pretty damn good. Ive never used it and frankly havent wanted to yet im scared of it lol.

Hopefully we can get some more knowledge in this thread. Site has been crazy slow today.
 
Gains depends on training, nutrition, write suplementation write after slim shot, write choice of food one hour the suplements you took after the slim shoot, etc., plus cicle, gh and igf.
First of all what are your stats. Anyways, dont play with it and i would never take more than 20
 
My stats 5'10" 275lbs

After slin shoot I drink glass of grape juice with 10grams glutamine, and 10 grams creatine. Then drank shake, it over 600 calories, 60 grams protein , and like 80+ carbs. Then about an hour or so later I eat a full meal. I consume over 7,000 cal. a day Is that enough?
 
I have in the past made some serious gains with slin...Some fat but alot of muscle to...I have used it precontest and held muscle greatly and came in fuller with it...(use GH precontest to)...I think it could really help build some serious muscle (probalby the number 1 best muscle builder, with test)...

7000 cal/day is definitely plenty although you could always check to see what your BMR is just to make sure. You may be on the tail end of your gaining cycle as far as your body is concerned. It may also depend on what else you are taking/using and adjusting the dosages. I don't remember everything you're on and what dosages though I do remember you are using HGH and IGF with it.

Yeah, Im thinking the fast gains are over from here, though my muscles do stay pumped all day long since I have started using the insulin. Im off the IGF right now due the the cycle of it, will start back on it in another 2 weeks.

I remember you stating you've put on roughly 40lbs before the slin on this cycle. I would worry about maintaining that extra size for now.

Once your body adjusts to holding that weight for a while, you will probably progress further in your gains. Hell, even if you put on half that much weight for your next run - you would be near 300lbs.
 
H-r is the best fot me, so if the gains arent what you are specting, your body could need a rest to jump back to the gains again, a 6 week rest of everything, including reducing your workout lenght and frequency would redirect you to a new recovered man

what are your thoughts on taking Humulin R witI MC IGF together ? How would you stack these two ?
 
Yeah, I know what you mean, bro. It doesn't make you lean though--far from it. You could look more into GH if you want to lean up.
 
yeah norm slin wont help you lean out at all, will prob put a litttle more fat on you. If you can afford it go GH i wish i had the money i know i would.
