Anybody do the good girl bad girl exercise?

Im talking about the one where you push your legs out and in working the adductors? I was thinking about throwing it in on the end of my leg days to work the stabilizer muscles a little better. anybody use it and have noticed a difference in anything from it?
 
ofcourse the two of these inners and outers combined equal 2/3rd of your legs muscle! No one believed me the first time i stated it was 2/3rd back in the day, whos laughing now,lol
 
i could see presser laying in the floor in his speedo doing leg raises to the sides to Jane Fonda.
 
I just dont think i could bring myself to do these exercises, my workout buddies would never stop harrassing me.
 
^^ i know what you mean i may just have to sneek them in when the gym is empty may be random days of the week haha.
 
yeah, that would be possible. Maybe come in at 5:00 in the morning or something, gotta keep up the image ya know.
 
just grunge and yell and holler when you do it, that will keep up the macho image.
 
yeah i've been doing them for years...they help out a lot if you wrestle

developed an awesome guard out of the deal
 
I'm still trying to figure out if my gym has them. They moved everything around at one point so now I have to find everything all over again.
 
^^ haha i know what you mean last time i was at a big gym for a while they did that. I felt like a noob i was walking around looking at all the machines trying to find the one i wanted lol.
 
Bro, they already give me enough shit! They think im gay because i dont stop my workout halfway through to talk to the gym skanks!!!

^^LOL yeah i know, i had a girl at the gym tell the front desk guy i was queer!! I guess i should stop with the beautification process and just drink beers and hit on hotties =)
