Well I am on day three of this diet and it sucks quite a bit. My energy is almost non existent and yesterday in the gym my strength was way down Today I woke up and am still feeling a little dizzy and light headed. Not only that but I starving pretty much all day. I have already lost some of the stubborn fat around my waist though so hopefully it will all be worth it. Just thought I'd update. I've never done any kind of no carb/low carb diet before and didn't know what to expect. Hopefully my body will adjust because this is no fun right now
