I need some suggestions on cold cuts that aren't stratospherically high in sodium. I am fond of turkey and beef especially. What brands do you use?

Got nothin bro ive looked before and havent found anything worth a damn. Plus the protein per serving is always like 11grams so you have to eat about 4 servings to get what you want and that quadruples even a low sodium count of like 200 to 800 or more mg's. I dont know about shaved over the counter they probably soak it in brine or something and add sodium to it as well.

The "packaged" thin sliced meats are way high in sodium like Hillshire Farms and Oscar Meyer Brands. I can almost taste the saltyness when eating "packaged" meats...

I was told the "fresh sliced" deli meats have less than half the sodium (about a 1/3rd) in the packaged meats which is why they wont keep long. I personally buy the fresh sliced meats but I also buy grilled chicken breast. The chicken is the basis of my sandwiches and then I will add some fresh cut meats to the chicken...

Not sure this helps, but its what I do...
