That's Angelique Costa. She's a pretty well known NPC Bikini competitor now... she's also competing in the Atlantic States in NYC this Saturday.

Okay, I'm confused then. People keep telling me that "the masters" is for guys over 40 and that's what I should try entering if I compete.

Doesn't it vary? I've seen Masters categories that are 35+, 45+ and 55+...

ya it must be a smaller show. And the masters must be 40 plus and grand masters would be 55 plus? they might not even have had a grand masters. The overall winner has a lot of potential.

It is confusing....
I don't know how it is in other federations, but there are differences in some shows-- I have done a show where masters was 35+ or of there are different groups of masters- over 40 over 50 over 60 where the 50 group can compete in the 40 group or the 60 groups can compete in the 50 or 40 group.
I have done two masters events, and each time they were both different.
