For one thing Kudos to you. I appreciate your dedication to nutrition for sure. I know some guys just stay lean naturally but Im just curious to see what some guys do cardio and diet wise to stay around 10% or less. It takes me killing myself and eating mega clean to even get close to 10%. What has helped you most?

What has helped me the most to stay in decent shape is doing cardio year around ...about 45 mins everyday...Along with a half way clean diet (still with some junk, and a cheat day on the weekends)...

I'm going to have to try your plan .

I'm going to have to try your plan .

Here is what I have been doing as of now...

meal 1 - egg whites/a few whole eggs (equal to about 50 grams of protein) mixed in 1 cup white rice, with salsa and sour cream on top..some light cheese mixed in..

meal 2 - 2 scp. Whey Isolate (from trueprotein, Dante formula), 2 rice cakes with natty penut butter

meal 3 - 8oz. Chicken breast, with 1 cup white rice, 1 small can of chilli mixed all together...sometimes add in some light low fat cheese...

meal 4 - same protein shake as meal 2 with the rice cakes

meal 5 - same as meal 3

meal 6 - 8oz. Lean ground beef or sirlon steak or ribeye steak, with 1 cup white rice, and a bag of steam veggies (a mixure bag of brocc, califlower, carrots) with the cheese already in the mixure...Steamfresh brand...

meal 7 - 1 cup cottage cheese (2 or 4% percent fat kind) 1/2 cup of nuts, cashews or almonds normally...

As you can see its somewhat clean, but it has enough fat in the diet to still grow on...but not enough to get fat...Carbs are moderate, and protein is kinda high..I also, use LBA (Lean Beef Amino's from true protein) I mixed in enough to equal about 25-30 grams of protein, into some grape powerade (LBA's is grape flavored) with some creatine, L-Glutimine, ect...and drink this during the workout...

H ow many ggg whites do you eat for meal 1. thanks bro.:sport:

If it's around 50 grams of protein it'd have to be around 8-9 since each egg is approx. 6g of protein

I get so stinkin bored doing cardio but I recently committed to do around 50 minutes a day at around 130 beats a minute. I am watching lots of movies. Im around 238 right now but hopefully in a month I can finally post some pics Im proud of. I fight hoshimotos and my thyroid function sucks. I really don't eat much but it is really hard to stay even close to 10%. Last time I got to around 8 it took around 7 miles a day on the tread with my workout and eating fairly clean. Sounds ridiculous but I assure you it is true.

well bro...... for ME I have always had them. i would recommend just really wtching the hell out of your diet. I dont even do them, and they look dcecent, and what i have been doing is eating a lot of lean burgers with no cheese, and shakes, and more burgers, and chicken sandwiches with no cheese either. I work outdoors in the damn heat, doing hard labor for 8+ hours each day, and that is why i never do cardio. If i did i would be like 160, and a gust of wind would blow me away, lol. Keep smashing that cardio bro, and mod your diet, and it might take longer for you than some, but it will pay off dude

Is a treadmill good enough...and how intense should I be going? Moderate for 45mins/day? Any hewlp would be appreciated. Thanks!
