My Log - With Progress pictures

New to the forum so thought id boot off with a log

Pretty much used Gen X and Axio oils exclusively

Fill in the details later

Heres a couple of progress pictures

For those that wish to follow i welcome both criticism and praise. I will give a detailed no BS log and try to keep it fun whilst getting as much good info and data in here as possible.

Journey began @ a very unfit 175lbs

I then went on almighty 11 month bulk and went from 175lb to 255lb.. I have a lot of detractors that said it was all fat and very unhealthy. Happy to get into that later

Well 60 days later of more blood sweat and tears and the ECA stack 5 days on 3 days off

As you can see this was a productive 60 days
232lbs 6 weeks to go

Ok so today is 40 days from that last picture. That time has included a cycle of clen/var Clen/VAR log continued - Anabolicminds.com and i am current 225lbs. Little bit better than 7lbs lost, ive definitely added some muscle

Weight 223.8 Weight down 8.2lbs waist -1.9in, at a guess i must have added 2-3lbs muscle so 10-11lb of fat (1.92lb a week) in last 6 weeks all my lifts are at all time highs

So ovrerall shouldnt be disappointed but I AM

Still more to go for sure

the epi/tren/var shud make for a decent picture in 30 days time

So i wanted to set a baseline in terms of strength

Flat bench <acronym title="Page Ranking">PR</acronym> 375 x 7 set 2 weeks ago
I hurt myself setting that <acronym title="Page Ranking">PR</acronym> and have been working lighter weights higher volume... Strength has suffered significantly.

15 mins stretching

70lb dropset -10 to 40lb

60lb drop set -10 to 30lb

They were fried 3 sets of each

Felt great going in definitely felt the Dbol intensity no sides just disappointed with my baseline.. On the upside shoulder feels 90%.... Pretty sure i will be sore tomorrow WO was 70 minutes non stop...

Anyway i posted some progress pics at BB.com, just bunch of haters who seemed to think i popped a fistful of AAS and sat on my arse all day long

You can discuss quality, results, etc., but there's no asking for sources or where to get such-and-such for the most part. The board sponsors carry quite a lot though so you should be able to find what you want without too much grief. We also don't allow extreme flaming of the sponsors here either. If you have an issue with a sponsor, please contact them. Please make sure you take time to read all the rules.

welcome aboard bro! And no matter what, as long as your looking good and progressing, there will be a SHIT TON of haters (usually out of shape pot-belly's) ready to point the finger at aas. It has nothing to do with the countless hours of lifting, cardio, eating, dieting, supplementing, etc....... Right?? LOL

Definitely feeling bit off of my game, dont know if im getting sick or what but once again weights were off significantly.... Had limited equipment to play with today as i was tight for time and had to use the gym in my building.

Not gonna bother with the stats, todays WO was definitely not a good baseline, for example on Saturday i was curlling 80lb DB for 8 on each side today 70’s for 6

Maybe 20 minutes of abs later

I may get a little flamed for this, but standing DB curls are not the best way to build mass on your biceps. I would suggest either EZ or barbell curls on the preacher bench if you really need a direct biceps workout, but other than that, chinning, rowing, and compound movements like that are going to build your arms far bigger and better than just DB curls. Use those for a finishing exercise, not so much weight to get that tight peak contraction.

I was just trying to demonstrate lack of focus today

WO was
3 sets DB curls
3 sets Preacher curl narrow grip EZ bar
3 sets seted incline curls

Ill switch up with some cablrs and other stuff but was just a bit limited today

and yea part of back WO always includes cable rows

Ill be more detailed in future was just a shit WO and I didnt feel like it was worthy of posting
