I ended up doing the following workout,nothing extraordinary but they are shot.
Leg ext 4 sets of 20
Hamstring curl 4 sets, 20, 15, 12, 12
Leg press feet apart 5 sets 25, 20, 20, 15, 15
Hack squats 4 sets 15, 12, 10, 8
Walking lunges 2 sets of 20 holding 25lb dbells
Leg ext toes in 3 sets of 15
It will next week!! I've decided to take tge next 4 days off which is shoulders, chest, back and legs. I'm exhausted and haven't eaten right at all so that's a recipe for an injury. I'm just going to enjoy this time with my family and pick back up on Tuesday!! My body could use a little break anyway.
