Just read this on another site. Very sad to say the least, awful awful disease to have. Wish him & his family the best!

74. We used to see him around town once in a while, buying groceries and stuff. He even came into a couple different gyms while i was training just to say hi to people and shake hands and stuff. Not like he was acting like a bigshot but more like he just wanted to be around bodybuilders and see them get excited about the same stuff that he enjoys. Havent seen him in about 5 years and this news makes me sad. Great guy. Great family.

Larry was one of the first name I ever heard in BB, known for the curling motion named after him. Had a great peak on those biceps. Alzheimers is what my Mom died of 5 yrs ago, its nothing short of nasty. She had no idea who anyone was in the end.
