Chest day routine

So yesterday wasnt feeling it and decided to put 225 0n bar and rep it out started with incline and flat and did decline for first time in months. Also added in dumbell flys. All for 4 sets 10 - 12 reps. To my suprise my chest and even lats are sore today and my buddy text me and said his chest was sore as hell. So I am thinking its good to change it up once in a while and just hit reps. Also done this in 60 min
 
Its paramount you change it up. Never do the same exercises, same weight, or same rep scheme for more than 2 weeks in a row. Check out Louie Simmons and the Conjugate Method
 
i haven't been super sore in a while, and i think its about time to change it up myself! always a good reminder and good idea as stated above
