HOW DO I GET STARTED

THE CHOSEN ONE

New member
Im new to the idea of steroids, Im 45, 5'9 , 180lbs and no energy and have developed a good overhang in the waist area. I wanna get rid of the fat and add some mass. Actually wanna get energy back and build upper body but dont know where to start.I have a home gym but cant keep up the drive like I did when I was younger. Any help appreciated, thnx.

welcome to MC, and I would start with an ECA stack, diet, and lose the weight first, beings your 45 you should see a doctor abut getting a script of testosterone,

Not finding many good reviews on ECA stack and cant afford extra cost of doctor visits,, guess I wil just keep pushing these weights to my breaking point and maybe get some results. Already changing diet and adding creatine and whey protein and taking six star testosterone booster. My determination will prevail. Was considering trying test-e 200-300mg per week.

Six star test is trib and fenugreek. Trib just makes your horny it won't help with testosterone people just associate more arousal with higher test.
If your gonna do the test 200 or 300 would be smart just about the dose you'd probably get for trt. Think pres is right in saying to see if you can get a script . You'd know how bad the problem is and you'd have some medical stuff bud.

would rather stay away from doctors, they would only give low dose if any and wanna charge me continually for tests and monitoring, like i first stated, i wanna bulk up upper half of body and turn my gut into muscle

The Doctors will give you pharmaceutical grade test. the best there is. So like everything else you get what you pay for. The max dose they usually give is 200mg a week, sufficient to add muscle.

More than sufficient! 200mg a week of an upjohn cypionate will put shit loads of muscle on you! Seeing a doctor is your best option given your age, you can do it all legal and get very good pharm grade as said above!

I'm almost 57 and have experienced low sex drive and tested with extreme low test. The doctors will not prescribe any TRT for my heart has issues, due to long term use of AAS. So what do I do? I go and order some Tren, some Cyp, and several orals. Call it "falling off the wagon" if you want. But I'm rolling and will live till I die.

Well, I just started 4 days ago. But I will say I feel like I'm energized. The lethargy has diminished some. It maybe a placebo effect, but I don't care, it's showing me something. I'm only taking about 300mg of the Cypionate every 5 days.
Also, the orals are Anavar and Winstrol tabs. Tell me how to post a picture and I will. I'd like to know if their legit.

A couple of months ago I went to talk to the doc about TRT she said because I haven't had a full workup in afew years she wrote it up so most of it was covered by insurance. If that still doesn't work for you there are labs on line that can do a panel for some reasonable rates. I know of a couple threads on this site that have info and maybe links. My test came back around 425 which I consider low but according to the doc's chart or whatever the fuck she uses it on the low end but not enough to concern her so I get screwed. I go back about 1.5 months later for a consultation for my vasectomy and had a male doc as he the only on at that establishment that does them. I think what the hell he's a man maybe he will see things my way WRONG we talked it over I explained the test results gave him the poor quality of life speech blah blah blah. He tells me that TRT leads to heart conditions and he totally against it and gives me a book on how to mentally control my mood swings(which I don't have just part of the speech I tried) I just laughed and told him I would take care of it my self. He then said that I could see a HRT/TRT specialist but they will get costly. I didn't see a specialist because its a pain in the arse, very long ride and lost time at work. The cost to know where your at in your labs is well worth it and be very helpful in you making certain decisions.

Was a little long winded once it was typed out lol but hope this helps you out on that side of things

that sucks teeg! and yeah its tough to get a knowledgeable doctor on HRT/TRT. But when you do find one its well worth it! Always nice having a legal script on testosterone on hand! How old are you teeg?

42 and April 1st will be 43. I tired gave her and him the whole story mood swings, lack of energy, general quality of life for me and my family. They just offered options which is what it is, but I agree most doctors have a complete lack of knowledge on this topic. He wasn't impressed when I told him I would take care of it my self. I was hoping he would say well if you're taking that route I will help you out. NOPE he didn't even blink lololo and don't want to piss him off considering the procedure he will be preforming next Friday

im afraid of that with the docs around here. Gonna get appointment for test and if its low he can help or I can take care of it myself, just gotta find a good site with good grade test from good sterile lab. anyway will update with results later, takes forever to get an appointment.

You need to go to an endo , they specialize in hormones. Call first to make sure they will treat andropause which it is called. To little testosterone is not good for the heart muscle so keep trying. first thing they will do is a lab test . The Doctors love labs because it is evidence for them and they can justify their actions. A regular MD is not going to do it unless you have a good relationship with them. I went to several Doctors and have been on test therapy for 11 years.
