Please help my hand!!!!!!

So my hand is currently in a cast because one of my tendons was cut in half along with half way through the bone... Sad day. I had surgery earlier this week to have the tendon reconnected and was told that the recovery time was 8 weeks I plan to be doing a lot of leg work and core work until i heal up but I would like to speed up that process. What do you all think would help? I've done some research on the subject and it seems that Deca or MGF might help? what does everyone think i should use? also would it help to use directly on the effected area or will anywhere do?

Thanks for the welcome! I got in with a bad crowd a while ago, doin my best to straighten my life out but the gym was my therapy and now i cant even cut up my chicken with this bum hand. Im new to cycling and what not... treat me like an idiot? What exactly is MC IGF1 R3?

i think spot injection on area is the way to go...but not sure how this would work on hands

Peptides are legal bro. And sub Q is in to the fat like stomach/ belly ect. IM is In The muscle. Not the best explanation but I'm on my phone and at home watching a movie.

Do some research also on BPC 157 add that with MC IGF1 LR3 and you should be accelerating the healing process greatly.BPC 157 healed a cut Achilles tendon on a test rat, among other things.

Not in the hand, got it. Sooo final concensus is IGF 1 LR3 and BPC 157 probably in the good old booty or stomach and hope i can get this cast off faster then 8 damn weeks

go with the sub Q in the stomach it will have an over all effect
