3*15*60 leg extensions
Leg curls 3*20*50
Leg presses 4*15,12,10,8*100,200,300,400
Squats
135*20, 225*15, 315*12, 405*10
 
Your running an ECA stack bro? as in Ephedrine, Caffiene and Aspirin, or just ephedrine?

Just curious, as i run the ECA stack, twice daily and each dose is 50mg ephedrine, 800mg caffeine and 325 Aspirin, and i do that twice a day, however the second stack of the day i drop the aspirin down to half that dose.

ECA stack keeps me nice and lean

There we go brutha! Much better front shot picture, and yeah you have a solid foundation man, you could be really jacked if you got down to about 235-240lbs. Then you would look like you weigh 280 if you were shredded down to that 235lb mark!

Whats your cardio and diet consist of right now ?
 
Day 4
Stair master machine for 30 minutes

Lots of chicken, tuna, ground turkey
Brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower
Every 3 hours and half hours a meal.
 
Cardio, cardio,and more cardio and you will drop the weight fast. You look solid now.like the Presser said you will look even bigger all ripped up. Keep us posted.
 
i agree, 30-40 pounds and you might have a good shot at the stage with that kind of size now, we just need to see what is underneath all that
 
Day 7
More cardio
Basketball for an hour!

These last few days I have been doing nothing but cardio.
I want to lose the bf and keep the muscle I have gained. Its a struggle to measure my calories. My diet has been spot on since I started. This is the end of my first week!

Chest day!!!
My bf% stayed the same and now I weigh 276.
I have been punishing myself on the treadmill but I am still fucking gaining weight. Damn it!!!

Days 9 and 10

Were cardio and pump days
60 mins of treadmill walking then upper body pumping up. I made sure the incline was sick to try to tone my legs.

it will slowly shrink as you lose weight brutha, conventional thinking tells you it will look worse when you lose weight, however the gyno will also shrink along with the weight loss, it will still be there but it won't be as bad as you might think, and like you said, why the fuck not, just get shredded brutha and worry about that shit later
