So I have been a lurker here for some time and have decided to take the plunge and do a log.* I decided this due to the fact my source wasn't contactable for a while and decided to plunge into the online stuff.* Purity source labs contacted me and gave me some stuff discounted if I agreed to do a log and post bloods. So now that this is out of the way......here it goes.* Here is what I have:

Sust 250

NPP

Dbol

Anadrol

Aromasin

This will constitute the beginning of the biggest of all my cycles so I'm quite excited about it. Sust will be at 1000mg per week Npp at 350 per week Anadrol at 100mg daily for 2 weeks Dbol at 40mg on training days.

So the initial contact with psl was unbelievably efficient and professional. I wasn't shocked as they want to promote their brand.* My biggest shock came when I was told by their rep all they wanted was an honest log and bloodwork. I was never asked to lie in return for money or more gear.* That's just not me. So I was very happy with this.

What I can promise is that I will be totally honest with you guys about this cycle. I'll post my bloodwork. If the gear sucks......Don't worry.....I'll fu**ing say it straight away and sure you will see in my blood work anyway. Haha.*

So I was told my package had been sent and 48 hours later ot arrived in Ireland. I couldn't have been more surprised by how well it was packed. I even shook the parcel and couldn't hear anything. Perfectly safe and discreet.

I started 3 days ago. I've taken 500mg of sust and 200npp so far. I've also been using the orals as stated. As for the orals, I got a stupidly good pumps and was extremely vascular. I respond well to anadrol and rarely suffer sides (I'm genetically blessed on the inside) but these tabs are fu**ing great! !

We will see how it goes over the next while. Their oils are nice and clear. Came into the barrel easily and no pip or pain on injection. They did struggle to get into my muscles more so that previous blends I've used but nothing major. Perhaps it's because I've been off for a year now. I'm going to heat the oil up tomorrow. So far I couldn't be happier. Good communication. Tracking info sent immediately. Discreet and safe delivery.

This here is a solid dude. Don't let the post count concern you he is well known in the AAS world and in other forums. This should be a good one to follow as he's been off for quite some time, so the gains should be very impressive. Go get em bro!

Thanks man. As I said I've been reading this forum for a long time and just never posted. If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to ask as I'm one of those nerds that reads pubmed journal articles in order to learn more.

As Jozifp103 said, I've been off for over 12 months now. I'll post before pics soon so that you have an idea of how this is going.....
 
I love logs, they are the real world results of all the theoretical understanding. I will be following.
 
As mentioned previously, I’m not going to bore you all with reps and set figures during this log. So here is an update.



The Anadrol is AMAZING. I don’t say that lightly either. I am on100mg per day and my training is far more intense. Some of that is the fact that I am able to push my body a bit harder knowing that I will recover and the rest is down to the product. I am really vascular in the gym……so much so that people are asking if I’m on tren etc. It’s a very interesting process.* My strength is up a good bit but I am focusing more on doing more reps than actually pushing more weight. I don’t want to be strong…..just look gross and freaky! Haha. I’m also able to shorten the rest periods in the gym too.



My training clothes are a good bit tighter now when I’m completely pumped which is a great sign…….although they are still loose fitting……I’m not a 5%er yet!haha.



As for the oils……..they are really smooth. The first shot sat in my quad for a while and it was a bit swollen. I’m putting that down to not being on for a year. The other have all been super smooth. No PIP. No pain. Sex drive is on the up and I’m feeling much better. I’m attributing that to the prop in the blend. I’m really looking forward to the next 10 days when this starts to hit my system. The bloodwork around week 5 or 6 will be really interesting!!



So far so good.

This is the first time I'm not counting cals. I'm usually anal about weighing everything but this is what I'm eating daily.....
300g rice
300g pasta
750g wedges

800g beef
400g chicken
300-400g peanut butter

1 mutant mass shake.

Without doing exact conversions I can see that that is a boat load of food. One of my biggest set backs is appetite...Don't get me wrong, I eat much more than the average person, but I know I could do better.

Yes its a tonne! Very hard to get down but the only way I can!!! Have you tried ghrp6 to help appetite? ?

As for psl products I've changed to m1t at 20mg on training days. Strength has shot up and still looking for visual changes. I'm also changing my base to test enth at 1g weekly. Will be swapping 350mg npp for 350mg tren ace weekly soon too. This should shock my body lots!!

*I did not post much here yet as I have been waiting on the test to kick in etc.

*There is no point updating people on the progress if I am literally waiting on everything to start working.



So all shots are pain free and easy. I have done delts, quads and glutes. No pain. No PIP. No swelling. To be honest, I was waiting on some sort of pain as I have not put anything into my muscles in a year now (except for some piercings/ implants haha).* I was very pleasantly surprised!!



In terms of training, my strength is shooting up at an alarming rate. To be completely honest, I do not care about this so I am really trying my best to focus on getting more reps etc and really using this to grow.



Observations from people in the gym are quite interesting.* May people are asking me if I am running tren and other such chemicals as I look hard as fuck! I am incredibly vascular and really full. My veins are popping every workout. My quads are even vascular during leg training and the following 24 hours or so.



My diet is currently rigid enough with only 3 bad meals a week. One is immediately after legs. Then one at the weekend and the other usually on a Wednesday (this is because I train back on a Thursday and work rather late on a Wednesday too).* Apart from the above, I am generally eating 800g rice (sweet potatoes are used sometimes), 800g red meat and 400g chicken. I have the usual PWO shake and on mutant mass shake upon waking. I’m also eating approx 300g-400g of peanut butter daily. I’m going to keep pushing food in this manner until my abs start to disappear and then scale it back a bit.* I am literally doing most of this by eye as that is what I am primarily focused on.



In terms of my AI, I am using PSL’s Aromasin at 10mg eod.* This has me feeling brilliant and I will review this once my bloods are done and I can see if I need more or less. I will be coming off oxy’s and dbol today and just running the sust and npp.* Oddly enough, these two orals did not kill my appetite and I have not needed to revert to using ghrp6 or anything.



I will be adding peptides into the mix this Monday.* Namely ghrp6 and mod grf 129 x3 daily at 100mch each.* I may push the ghrp6 up to 250mcg daily in order to facilitate more food intake.* I will then be running igf1-lr3 for 10 days at 100mcg bilaterally and review following this.



In terms of training, to put it in perspective, I have not been able to squat heavy for over 5 months due to a partial hamstring tear.* I have been training legs for 4.5* months but that was high volume and using front squats only.* I went back to regular squatting the other day for the first time and figured if I could work up to 160kg (365 for you American wanks) for 10 plus reps that this would be a successful first day back.* However, I was bloody shocked to work up to 200kg (455lbs) for 12 and this was relatively easy. I could have gone heavier but decided against the idea and went on with the rest of the workout. I was truly shocked at this! This shit is most certainly working!!



Overall I feel healthy and don’t have any burning sides that I can notice. I’m interested about the bloods in a few weeks. I’ll post them up here.

So I have been trying to get around to this all week. As those who have read my old blog know my life is absolutely chaotic……to put it politely. However, I’m in a new job and hopefully things will calm down…..despite this being a high pressure job. Anyway, I will be updating this log more than Nags’ one! Haha. So hopefully it will be busy.



To be clear, I have bought all of the AAS that I plan to use from PSL. They have not sent me this batch. I did this out of respect as I dwindled in terms of content towards the end of the last bulk I did due to death threats etc. haha. This will be the last 8 weeks in this thread and then may consider starting a new one if I decide to compete in the NABBA/ WFF Worlds in November.



So here was my intake week one:

1000mg sust

600mg NPP

100mg oxy’s & 40mg dbol daily

20mg aromasin eod



Week 2 will be as follows:

1000mg sust

800mg NPP

20mg M1T daily

20mg aromasin eod



I have broken my training down to basics. Hitting everything twice a week. No bullshit. No gimmicks. Just really heavy lifting. For example, back was heavy deads, heavy tbar, heavy bb row. Chest is heavy flat bench, heavy incline DB, heavy flys. I’m purposely stripping it back to basics……..bodybuilding is simple…….eat lots. Lift heavy. Rest.





Last week I felt great in terms of strength that I got immediately from the orals. Things are starting to creep in now and I am doing legs later so hopefully I can throw up some big numbers.



As a side, I will be running ghrp6 and mod grf-129 at 100mcg x5 daily. This is a bit of a nightmare to fit in but I’m making it work.







Let’s get this show on road.

Great cycle u will gain every goal us set for yourself ESP with Psl gear I used nothing but there gear for 1.5 years best shape of my life staff is always there for u just re her to keep the diet on that is key can't wait to see end results
