Yes this is Moosse and I need a little bit of help and maybe I should have just used this as a post yet I am new here and am not computer savy s I need if someone would tell me what and how do I create a thread and then also creating a post? I have a great routine as far as I think so on working out ,yet I want to get that V shape to my entire back so can someone send me a message on all three of these issues please , I would be very great full and it kinda makes me feel stupid but see I had a stroke in 2011 and so part of my brain some times doesn't comprehend on certain issues I am trying to deal with. I was on a ventilator for 8 days and my doc came out and told my wife and ,I have three beautiful daughters and all in college , 19,21,and 22. But he told them it did not look good for me to survive if I didn't start breathing on my own. Well after the 8th day they turned off the machine pulled the tube out and remarkably I was breathing on my own. Had phnemonia for two weeks twice while in the hospital which I was there for 3 months. Well when I got to come home I had 3 nurses one at a time each week come to my house and did so for a month, then I told my doc I didn't need them anymore cause I could do my own re-hab on my own because I was a member at the powerhouse gym. My weight was only 170 and I am 6'1 and so I worked out hard and it was very hard to get a great routine started back because I could or felt out of place. But fortunately I had a lot of friends of mine still there at the gym and they guided me through things I might had forgotten. Well it turned out fantastic having my family and friends from the gym help me out. So it has been a while and now I am 47 but when I was in my mid 30's I was a heavy body builder and was benching up to 475lbs. Well after all the hard work I am back to the hard work for which I have and workout very hard and heavy as days go by and I do it as I learned from the best from the gym , that it isn't always the heavier you go it is the position and technique you do your workout in. Well I am back to my goal and I want even more , I have some of my abs showing good which I do 1000 crunches first thing yet I have been reading and have found off the internet this booklet , yet I found the workout on abs and it has a lot of different and absolute intense ab workout schedule you can do, so I am going to give it a try. I am . well I have been working out with a friend of mine and he thinks you have to workout 7 days a week. I have been with him yet my wife wants me here at home more and so I told her I found this 3 day heavy duty workout schedule online that is only 3 days a week and you can do it any three days you want yet it is best Monday. Wensday, and Friday. Optional cardio on weekends which I will do, and cardio is part of the 3 day workout schedule. But I need improvement on my v shape for my back and I want to get the six pack, which this ab workout really hits the core muscles for your abs. So if anyone can help me out please send me a message please thanks

yeah bro i moved this into proper forum, to start a new thread just click the "POST NEW THREAD" ITS INT HE UPPER LEFT HAND OF EACH FORUM AND EACH THREAD

As for vshape back, nothing says V-shape like pull ups! You could literally not workout anything or any other body part and only do chinups, aka pull ups, and you will get a nasty as V-shape!

do you do pullups?

Two best exercises for back to me period are Pull ups and Deadlifts. Get on those and the V shape will come over time.

If you can't do pull ups most gyms today have the assisted pullup machine where you are on your knees and adjust the weight. Do these until you have enough strength to go regular.

agreed, i would highly reccomend the assisted pull ups over the lat pull down
