maybe related and mayb not......but outside my home town there is a billboard that says "If you think it is dry now, wait until october" message by the DEA. not sure if this is coincidence but a guy i know that has been dealing for a few years and always has something has been dry 4 a few months now....not trying to scare anyone but only posting what i c and know....the billboard is obviously a scare tactic but who knows.

I think they are refering more to recreational drugs rather than gear.

We have those in Texas, all my friends have seen them but I hardly ever leave the city limits.

It refers almost specifically to pot here in texas......but its actually been getting better the last few weeks so they have failed MUHAHAHAHAH!
