Get a custom fit suit which can help draw attention to good areas and hide poor ones. I like the thin side with the V cut between the glutes, gives a nice V taper look for your back.

there was a good article in Arnolds encyclopedia of bodybuilding that talked about what type of posing trunks you should wear depending on your bodytype and skin tone, ill see if i can find it for ya's

European would be fine-although kendahl's comment is probably the best way to go-I have not been able to find anyone who handles custom suits-I cant even find anyone to take a pair of trunks and "alter" them to help hide and/or accentuate-so I'll just try a few different cuts and see which looks best-maybe a rubber band and a peanut shell until H.C.G.!!
