Who here still runs or does cardio (MArtial arts cardio counts) while on there bulk cycle?

Seems to me that I will get stronger and will get bigger maybe just not as much as say if I didnt do it. I Say maybe 15 pounds of mucle with say 5 pounds of fat compared to 20 pounds of muclse with 10 pounds fo fat?


The cardi is good for my lungs and heart and I dont want to gain a belly.

just lookin for anyones insight or opinion?

example of my cycle would be as followed:

Sustanon (750mg /Week (Weeks 1)
Sustanon (500mg /Week (Weeks 2-9)"500mg Day 1 of a 7 day week"
Sustanon (250mg /Week (Weeks 10)

DECA DURABOLIN (400mg /Week (Weeks 1-10) "200mg Day 2 and 4 of a 7 day week"

Dbol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 1-4)
Winstrol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 9-12)

HCG (500IU /ED (Week 5-6,9-10)

Novadex (As Needed)

Clomid (300mg for 3 days, 150 mg 4 days then 50 mg for 7 days)
"Start clomid 3 weeks after your last shot"

I would just keep it simple and go 500mg sustanon wks 1 thru 10. Sus kicks in right away any way, so I can't see an advantage to doing 750 the first week. Also if you eat clean you are not going to gain 10lbs of fat. Just my opinion.

I am a believer in front loading. I would shoot the sust 1000mg the first week. 250 eod. Then run a mon thurs split for the rest. I tried to play Basketball during my last cycle but had a hard time with the lower back and calf pumps. Just couldn't run.

Explain eat clean please.. Seen it said before.. You mean low carbo and hight protien or no carbos after 5 or ?

Eating clean to me means high protein from good sources like chicken breast, fish and turkey. Trying to keep the saturated fats low and lower carbs. No junk, no fast food and no sweets.

If you can eat enough to gain and still do cardio I think you are better off for the reasons you stated. I have trouble bulking. I do better omitting the cardio rather than trying to squeeze in another meal.

Sust at 250 mg EOD is a more efficient way to take advantage of the phenyl prop and prop in the sust. Since those esters are in and out in 4 day's phenyl and 2 days prop it attempts to keep you blood levels more stable during the frontload.
