would anyone here take AS to speed up a RC injury recovery?
it's been about 1yr-18mths and now i just need to get the muscle back around the joint and shoulder blade.its slowly returning, all the excercises are real annoying to do.

i had my second surgery on my left cuff in march. it definately shouldn't have taken that long, check with your doc. if everything checks out go very slow. i started out w/ankle weights on my wrists, and now i'm doing 30 lbs dumbells. (with a little help from d-bol & eq) after i got my range of motion and some strength back. yea, better stock up on some ice!!!

good luck :D

I put some tiger balm on my cuff last night, I can't believe how good it feels today...

I had 2 rotator muscles reattached after tearing them off the bone. Started stretching immediately after the surgery and the rubber bands. 8 months strenght was back. Felt "normal after 1 year. Did my firstr cycle of EQ and T. Every thing felt good after that.
