His guys and gals. I'm new to this board and am looking for some advice. I have been training for about 6 years and have developed a decent base. My chest, back and legs are really my best bodyparts but my arms are lagging behind. I have built myself from a ripped 160lbs to a nice 200lbs (maybe 12% bodyfat today) this at 5' 9''. At 200lbs my arms are 14.5 inches and look out of place on my frame.

My question is this, who out there was in my shoes and has battled back to make their arms one of thier best bodyparts and how did you do it?

By the way I am on 75mg ed of fina at the moment if that makes a difference.

Any positive advice would be great, thanks.

I am 5'9" and 200lbs 8-9%bf
Also taking Fina, I have had to hit my arms more often, since they are a smaller muscle and heal faster. I hit arms Mon p.m., Wed a.m. and every other Fri p.m. workouts. Hit them hard and to failure and they will grow. If that doesn't work get some synthol :)

I'm interested, too. I think my arms are puny compared to everything else.

...i would say do the "basic" mass builders and maybe try doing a lesser volume routine...if something is lagging it does not mean you need to hit more often...sometimes less is definitely more...

OK, Maybe I will ellaborate a little more. I agree with Sully, too many people end up over training. I hit them twice a week, but I only do three exercises for 6-8 reps each. Just enough give them a pump, then let them rest and hit them in a couple days again. I don't think you need to beat the shit outta them just pump them to tear down the muscle fibers and let them rest.

21's for the Bicep and close grip Bench for tricep. I have put over a half inch in the last 6 weeks going heavy and hard once a week on my arms. That is while "off" too. My clomid has been over for 8 weeks. I never used to dedicate that much time to my arms but now that I have they are coming around. I do 3 excersises for each.

i had small arms untill i really started focusing on working my triceps harder, i started doing skull crushers, dips, and rope pressdowns. This really helped as my bicep wasnt really lagging, but my tri's were. Hope this helps.
