2. do I really need creatine during or post cycle?

definitely on the creatine...it keeps energy levels up during workouts so you can keep training heavy(which is a MUST post-cycle) and helps your muscles feel larger due to cell hydration (this is mostly for your psychological well-being IMO)

you dont need creatine post cycle, but it sure helps out

I like throwing in Glutamine with my creatine. It might just be me but i respond well to it.

glutamine all the time for me except during cutting cycles. Glutamine year round as it helps recovery and growth bigtime.
