I laughed my ass off when I read the title of this post, but the more I think about it, it's a good choice. You're right, it has strong "strike a pose"- type beats, and the judges would probably love it. No matter who you are, you can't help but sing along to that fuckin' song!
POUR (left bi + look to left)
some
SUGAR (right bi + look to right)
on
ME (double bi + look at judges with "you know i'm the shit expression)

:D :D :D

I dunno about Def Leppard, man. In my town, that band is usually associated with mullets and primer gray (with rusted quarter panels, of course) camaros. Might I suggest Rage's "Killing in the Name of".....as long as you wag your tongue like Matarazzo, you're guaranteed to bring the fockin house down.....just a thought

Yeah, Presser I gotta agree with a few of the bros. That song is not what I would have in mind for a show. The last time I heard it was in a strip club, lol. Seriously, I have been to two shows (as a spectator of course) in the past month. Distrurbed, Godsmack, Saliva and other heavy music seems to be the norm. I think that idea being that to promote yourself as the most dominate male there. Eminem would work also. I like the anger. Pour some sugar on me sounds like your tring to get laid.... I have seen the pictures of fly. You arn't going to top her at a bb show.lol

I don't think it is a good idea. Going retro is though. How about Bizarre Love Triangle by New Order?

Yanni or john tesh.......just kiding I'm a producer and I have to tell you with a hard strong down beat and lots of bass you can get the music to reach out and set the tone get the crowd pumped let them feel like there in the comp with you. you want them to bob ther heads to the music .........music has the ability to reach out and grab you think about it .........that song just doesn't have it .it was mixed in a time ware bass was not the backbone of the music ......some funk would be cool parlament......strong down beat on the one .......or DAG.....drum & bass .....

I think you need to count out your poses and go from there

The best posing music for a routine I have seen was a custom mix a guy used....started out with the begining of Ironman (Black Sabath)....mixed into Eye of the Tiger......and then into Boom Shake the Room (will Smith)....the guy looked like shit, but his music/posing made the crowd go nuts.

Yeah Presser not the best Song.

If you are limited to 60 sec and want Good just instrumental timed beats and ALOT of Cymbal Crashes try INtro Music from Stargate SG-1. It's 57 sec, build from quite and ENDS with a BANG! It's Different.
