JUICE and WeeD???

guys i blaze it a lot especially on the weekends. from my knowledge i think u can juice and smoke weed. but my homie was triping me out last nite what do u guys think about this??? can one smoke weed and juice at the same time??
 
I think you should get serious about your life.
You say you're at 15% bf and want to get to 8% and stay there. To do that may take some dietary self control. What you really want (imho) is total self-control for the rest of your life.
I know, from personal experience, you're not gonna get there by blowin' weed, drinking beer, and eating pizza, all weekend, every weekend, with your buddies.
I also don't think it's fair for you to ask us to take your goals seriously if you don't take yourself seriously.
There, how's that for 'a little harsh' :D
 
cow that was very well put .....not to mention the estrigen problems ....bet he's got small fat deposites on his pecs....why don't you just stop working out and grow tits......damn

Hey Mad-while its true "its a free country" and you can do as you see fit,I would just like you to know about my experience.For 15 years I didn't get high-I stayed high.Ruined 1 marriage and did some career damage as well.Now the good part-I finally got clean 5 years ago and started training seriously-good splits-intense-good diet and guess what-shit gains-year after year.Finally I had the bloodwork done and it turns out I have as much free test in my body as a 9 year old girl!!Medical studies do link prolonged heavy usage with reduced test levels-Moral of the story?-We more experienced bros(older) would love to see a young buck like you LEARN from our mistakes rather than repeat them
 
Personally I haven’t smoked pot in probably 10 years or more. IMO recreational use of pot is better for you than drinking. Other than the obvious problems associated with smoking (tar and carcinogens) it’s not that bad for you. It is also non-physically addicting. You can also use it as an appetite stimulant. It can also act as a sleep aid.

Alcohol has serious effects on your liver, it’s loaded with carbohydrates, it can be physically addicting and acts as a diuretic that can lead to dehydration. The two main things that alcohol has going for it is it’s legal and it has been shown to have a positive effect on HDL cholesterol levels.

Both alcohol and pot can have adverse effects on estrogen levels in men. Both can cause brain cell damage and both probably are not great if used as a crutch or substitute for some other depravation in your life but to sit in a forum dedicated to the use of performance enhancing drugs and frown on those that chose to use recreational drugs is just hypocritical in my book.

Well I was a beer drinker for 20 years. Believe me that was not healthy. Herb has been a great replacement.

It helps with your appetite.
It helps you get to sleep when you're wound up.
It reduces stress.

It should be legal and liquor and cigarettes should be illegal.
At this point it is cheaper than cigarettes (I've never smoked cigs but my wife does constantly which I have to buy and inhale second hand smoke).
 
actualy if you passout the sleep you are getting is not productive for recouperation, .....I toowas high for 4 years .....and got really sick a perment hormonal inbalance I had a photographic memory ......destroid ....flunked out of law school .....and have been dealing with it for 7 years .......runned my life ......I was very productive when High .....I ran 10 miles a day was in the gym 4 days a week........to sleeping 15 hours a day......

but blaz that fatty......it's only your life........do you want to live your life or do you want your life to live you.......think about it
 
Guess we've traveled some of the same ground eh FatCat?-I wouldn't listen to anyone either-I guess we all go through it-some learn quickly-some(like me )are more hard headed and it takes a lot longer-too bad-I sure wish I could get some of that wasted time back!!-and who knows-maybe Madchemist will look back on this someday and it will have a positive influence on his decisions!(hope so!!)-the bottom line is I don't think you can compare gear use to alcohol or other "recreational" drugs-at least for me personally weed and booze did NOTHING for me except hurt me and those around me-whereas cycling with gear-healthy diet-no bars or running around on the wife-just serious training-yea I might be a little moody post cycle but my wife has told me(unsolicited)-"I'm very happy with my life,children and I like my ripped sometimes moody husband much better than the fat,high,drunk party guy who never came home!!"

THANKs to everyone. i have came to this conclusion that i want to stop smoking weed and focus on body building. i really appreciate everyones help thanx a lot bros.
 
good luck kicking the weed habit-I'm sure it will be difficult(was for me-I quit 10 times before I finally was successful)-but WELL WORTH IT!!!
 
i say to each his own. there are many of us who have been there, but just like when a parent tells a child not to do something because they might get hurt the child most times has to learn from experience. now i have smoked and still do every so often and am happy to say that once i put my mind to working out that i have had good results by sticking to a diet. once in awhile i'll blaze one with my buddies, but when i get the munchies i eat fruit and veggies or some chicken or tuna. so i eat health munchies and that totally satisfies me, but like i said.... to each his own. remember bros none of us should throw stones if we live in glass houses. and no matter what it's effects on you, a drug is a drug is a drug. and that's all i've got to say about that.
 
i've actually read scientific studies that showed that weed had absolutly no correlation with estrogen levels. there were studies that initially came to this conclusion but were later disproved.

IMO if done in moderation and if you dont' LET it be an excuse to be lazy or LET it interfere with other things in your life then it is no problem. (and it sure helps on the bulking cycles)
