Started my GH today/Serono Serotsim.

Here are the problems I encountered.

1. There was only 85units of "Sterile diluent" in the first bottle. Unless I am doing something wrong. I used a 30 unit slin pin (which is all I had) to move the sterile water into the GH bottle. It came up to be 30units+30units+25units = 85units water. So, I did the math and came up with 85/18=4.72 so the first bottle is 4.72units in the slin pin per 1iu of GH. So, 4.72 X 3 = 14.7units. So, 14.7units on the slin pin = 3iu's GH.

My suggestion for someone thinking of doing this. Get a 100 unit slin pin for moving the water from the water bottle to the GH bottle. I am going to get a ten pack today.

And I may go ahead and get the BW. I did not like having less water than I anticipated. I like to keep everything simple and do it the same way everytime. I had anticipated 1iu GH to equal 5.5 on the slin pin.

2. When I went to draw out the reconstituted GH with the 30 gauge slin pin, the pin filled with a little air and then the GH. I could not get that air out from between the plunger and the Liquid in the syringe. It was really weird. So I figured that I may have too much air pressure in the bottle from infecting the water in there and went to preload another syringe without pulling back on the plunger. I just inserted it into the bottle and then pulled back on the plunger, and had exactly the same problem. The slin pin fills up with a little air before the water comes in. Then I decided to stop right there and make this post to see what kind of feedback I could get from you guys.

So, who knows what I am talking about with the air thing. And how do you stop it.

3. The injection. Man the injection was so easy. Nothing like sticking a 1 1/2" needle in your ass. I did not even feel it. I could inject this stuff twenty times a day with no problem.

Overall things went very well. I think I just need to make a few minor adjustments and get a few more supplies. :D

Just wanted you to know that you're an excellent guinea pig and I'm keeping a close eye on your progress, so keep us informed... :D
BS is cheap, I already have some. It was like $4 for 30ml from a doc I know.

The air comes from the needle not being seated tightly on the syringe as they aren't the Leur-Lock type mechanism like you find on 3cc darts. Seat the needle by pushing and twisting slightly at the bevel before you draw. When you transfer the H20,aim the needle at the side of the bottle and let it run down the side onto the cake, then just swirl the bottle instead of shaking, that will minimize any bubbles. Lastly, since your shooting SubQ you can inject the air without fear of hitting an artery or such,if it's a little frothy at the tip just shoot it instead of trying to get rid of it and having it run down the needle.
I know it's cheap but you don't need BW.

46. Yeah, Everytime i do a search and read about GH, I see you posts and realize that you are asking the same questions as me. I will do my best to keep you informed. Feel free to pm or email me if you want to.

DecaDent, Thanks. I will try that next time.

Does it matter how much sterile diluent/BW you mix with each bottle of Wafer/Powder as long as you know how to do the math?

I would think that as long as you know how to do the math it should not really matter.

doesnt matter but most people cant do the math with 1ml! I think you lost some water with that little ass pin!

Go to www.getpinz.com and get u-100 slim pins and also get some Bac Water!

OK. Just placed an order with getpinz. I got the pins and the Bac Water.

And, BTW, if anyone cares, another new opinion I have is not to preload the syringes. It just seems easier and maybe a little more sterile to just draw out the amount for the shot when you are ready to do the shot.
