How strict are you with diet??

I'm eating every three hours, very clean, about 3,500 calories a day between 6-7 meals. Reading labels on everything. I've been doing this for the past 5 months strictly...with only 1 cheat meal per week. I'm eating only high quality carbs/protein/fat...avoiding sodium, sugar (except post workout) and saturated fat. It's been easier once I gt into a schedule and it formed into a routine....as long as no snacks are in my view (which they aren't now) I am good. I wonder if I'll be able to be as strict "off".

So tell me...who is being this strict with diet? :confused:
 
I am the same exact way with the scheduling of my meals. It's just as easy being strict once 'off' because you will have already trained your body on that format.
 
SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE ME.I'M USE TO EATING AT THE EXACT SAME TIME EVERYDAY WITH LITTLE VARIANCES EVERY NOW AND THAN. IT WILL BECOME A HABIT AFTER A WHILE,SO IT'S EASIER TO CONTINUE RATHER THAN STOP.
 
ive been trying to eat about ever 1.5 to 2 hours, its hard especially when i got 3 hour classes, but its not a problem bringing food to class.

I'm usually always bulking weather I am on a cycle or not so I don't have that strict of a diet except to not eat junk and sugars. It is definetely a good idea to have a cheat day once a week.
 
I'm not as strict as some but I do watch the sugar content, and saturated fats. If I drink sodas, it's diet. Normally drink water and tea. Eat lots of chicken and broccoli with sesame dressing

Stay pretty strict....I usually cheat once or twice a week when bulking and about once a month when cutting. My cheat meals aren't huge though, usually a few beers or a trip to a restaurant.

About once every 3-4 months I may binge on like half a pizza but those are rare.

...i cheat around 7 days a week...lol...i stay lean no matter what and for me the goal is to get bigger so cutting is never an option...i eat what i want when i want and it works...i used to try and eat somewhat clean and i plateaued size wise...the see-food diet rules...so have a happy all you contest prepmotherfuckers, i ll eat for you...lol...ill get strict when i get where i want...

I've been eating clean for years now and it's getting old. 6 meals a day once every three hours. I just adjust the portions depending on if I'm cutting or bulking.....

1. oats/protein
2. chicken (or lean beef) ,black beans, veggies
3. chicken (or lean beef) , black beans, veggies and some extra carbs prework
4. post workout
5. protein bar(s)
6. chicken (or lean beef) , black beans, veggies

I do cheat once or twice on the weekends tho.....
 
Got 2 more weeks until last shot, then clomid 3 weeks later. I'm planning on hitting cell tech asap afterwards. Should I increase my calories by 500 or so right when I come off to help keep my gains? I'm up 23 lbs. and don't wanna lose any of it back.
 
All of yall that are very strict on your diet etc. are wasting your time if you are using the gear. Go watch ronnies video. He eats fries and other junk. Lee priest eats tons of shit. I mean if you are trying to cut and get ripped then yah you can be reasonably clean, but those of you who are religious about being super strict really are wasting your time and are semi obsessive compulsive disorder. Moderation is the key. I tried to eat clean last cycle and I guess i wasn't getting enough calories in even though i ate a lot of clean food and my gains were inhibited. I learned my lesson and eat like a pig and my gains are great now. You really don't need to torture yourself its not as necessary as you may think.
 
PUMP-YEAH YOU SHOULD PROB BUMP UP THE CALORIES FOR TWO WEEKS POST CYCLE, AND MAKE SURE YOU GO LIGHTER ON WORKOUTS THE FIRST WEEK OR TWO POST CYCLE AS WELL. YOU CAN ALSO ADD CLENBUTEROL TO HELP IN IT'S ANTI-CATABOLIC EFFECT, GREAT FOR POST CYCLE., WHEN TEST LEVELS ARE LOW AND ESTROGEN IS HIGH......................GUNHO, RONNIE HAS CRAZY GENETICS BRO, IF I ATE LIKE THAT ON A CYCLE I WOULD PUT ON 40LBS EASY. I GAIN WEIGHT(FAT INCLUDED) LIKE A PREGNANT HEFER. MOST OF US HAVE TO WATCH OUR DIETS CAREFULLY.AND THERE ARE CLEAN WAYS TO ADD CALORIES IN, FLAX SEED OIL,OLIVE OIL AND SUCH.
 
Nice work, must be getting pretty punchy with the low carbs and all. You must be shreddeder to the bone. I would have said shredded but you were that when you started.
