Do ECA stacks really work?

YEAH THEY WORK, BUT YOUR BODY WILL GET USE TO THEM TOO. DON'T STAY ON FOR LONGER THAN 2 MONTHS WITHOUT TAKING A BREAK, AND IT;S A GOOD IDEA TO MAKE SURE AND TAKE VITAMIN C,E, AND B6 TO HELP THE ADRENAL GLANDS.
 
ECA definitely works, but its direct fat burning effect is highly overrated IMHO. ECAs main result comes mainly through blunting hunger. ECA without dieting and extra cardio will not yield great results IMO. It can also easily lead to addiction and withdrawel effects can be pretty severe. I know cuz I've been there.

I now only use one dose three times a week before workouts.
 
Presser's right on, studies have show that long term use of ECA is actually MORE effective for fat loss. However it does hinder muscle gain and it's a nightmare to get off it after more than a couple straight months.

I usually go 8-10 weeks at a crack
 
I am pretty sure that it inhibits fat storage by binding the enzymes responsible for fat storage. It also increases heart rate which would be the reason for increasing fat burning. and there is a bunch of other scientific sh1t going on that I am not very educated on, but I know it works so I kep using them.
