Just downloaded Ronnie Coleman's "The Unbelievable" from kazaalite, and I couldn't get past the first screen without laughing out loud. I mean, we're not all english professors here, but this just reeks of stupidity. It reminds me of an example high school english paragraph that we're supposed to correct, lol! Ever heard of an editor, Ronnie? I hope the rest of it is better... :p

WARNING

The rest of it wasn't that much more impressive... motivational, but not interesting.
He just half-reps a shitload of weight and keeps yelling "light weight". Tons of stupid shots like him leaning on his Viper after sets of lunges in the parking lot. When he backed it out of the driveway it didn't even look like he could get it into gear, lol! Ronnie has a Viper and can't drive a stick... yeah, right! One word: rental.
His early 90's benz SL says "Mr O" on the license plate, lol.
And I was really pissed that there really wasn't any indepth description of the sets and reps he does, no guiding principles he uses, no rules of thumb he lives by. I think he just does whatever his feminine little trainer says and he's blessed with VERY good genetics and truckloads of pharmaceuticals. The video said that Ronnie had 20" arms and veins you could see though his pants even before he started working out 10 years ago.
Hard to believe.
Yates' form is much better and he seems to be a lot more focused in his workouts.
Oh, one more thing, in the video he was 5 weeks out from the 2000 Mr. O, but he was doing his off-season workout "because it's working". Bullshit. He wanted to be on tape lifting a buttload of weight...
Best quote:
"Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, but don't nobody wanna lift no heavy-ass weight!"

No link, but I downloaded it using kazaalite http://www.kazaalite.com it's kazaa with all the spyware taken out. I wonder if there's a way to post these on the site for download... probably not - copyright issues. Pumping Iron and Blood & Guts are on there too. Quality is decent.

I think I used "bodybuilding". Try different ones, like "ronnie", "coleman", "unbelivable", etc. Sometimes it comes up with different results. If that doesn't work, try in the evening when more users are connected.

I have to desagree. I own the video and I'm very impressed with Ronnie. Yes, you can call him stupid, but everyone can call someone stupid, it's very relative. He's definately not dumb, because he has an accent and certain speech patern.
As, for how he train, I think he explaines everything in details.
He makes a few mistakes, like he said that bent over rows are for lower back, or no carbs meal but he put loaded with simple carbs sauce on chicken, but it didn't seem that important to me.
Overall, it's great video.
And, being 30lbs lighter then off season he still lifts a way more then Dorian, mofo got some genetics!!
BTW, all the cars are his own.

I was more calling the production/editing of the video stupid than calling Ronnie stupid... I respect the guy just like everyone else. Just seemed kinda cheesy and back-alley and I think the video could have been a lot better.
And yes, he did explain a lot of things, but I didn't really learn anything from it... but it WAS motivational. I'll definitely give you that!

The video could have been better, but I love watching it. The man is incredible strong and ..... unbeliable. :-) At least its better than seeing a man talk about how he compares bodybuilding to cumming. LOL
