OK brothas...Heres the final plan and a few last second questions for my first cycle...Any advice, experiences, or suggestions are welcome...My goal here is to pack on 20 solid lbs...I know this isnt the supplement or training forum but I posted those aspects of my routine as well and would appreciate any comments you can make on them…

Stats:
21 y/o… 5'7"… 155 lbs … 10% BF…Lifting consistently for 2.5 years

Cycle:
Deca @ 400 mg/wk 1-10
Test Enanthate @ 500 mg/wk 1-10
Nolva @ 10mg/ed from day 1 till end of clomid
Clomid starts 2 weeks after last injection

Injecting:
3cc 23g x 1.5" in the glutes/Quads/Delts
18g pins to draw
Shoot equal ammounts of air in the vials, draw up the Deca and then the Test and shoot twice a wk.(mon, thurs)

Supplements:
Multi Vitamin
Multi Mineral
Glutamine 10 gms ed (5 gms post workout)
Creatine 10gms ed (post workout)
2 Whey Protein shakes ed
Udos choice oil blend (15gms ed)
Carbo Force (post workout)
N Large 2 shake before bed
Thermo shakes (pre workout)

Training:
Currently hitting the gym
Mon-chest, tris
Wen-back, bis
Fri- legs, shoulders
Doing HIT training …

New plan will be HIT as well but 5 day routine...
Abs/calves/forearms/bis worked twice wk and all others once...

Diet:
4000+ calories ed
prot 30%, 300 gms ed
carbs 55%, 550 gms ed
fat 15%, 70 gms ed
1.5 gal water ed

Questions:
Should I expect my bf% to get real high with my diet?
Will I be able to work each of the above muscles 2x wk as expected?
How is recovery time on this cycle usually?
Will I loose a lot of size post cycle with clomid?
How is my overall calorie intake and diet?
Should i expect stretch marks if i use alot of Vit E and drink alot of water?

If theres anything i left out that u know is important or that i should know please post...

hey papapump

i have done a little research on supplements and read that you should not take creatine and glutamine together because they both depend on a lot of the same things in the body and that they should be taken two hours apart at least. if they are fighting for the same receptors in the body, one will win and the other will lose.

also, this is a workout a buddy of mine made. he is a trainer and a beast. i am just finishing first week of it and i am hurting. just thought i would pass this along. i am going to post it in the exercises forum. good luck with your cycle. i am also getting ready to start a cycle but not until march. anyway later bro.

Day 1-chest
Flat barbell bench press-4 sets, 2-5-8-10 reps
Incline dumbbell press-4 sets, 6-8-12-12 reps
Pec deck-3 sets, 10-16 reps
Incline machine press-3 sets, 8-12 reps
Cable crossovers-3 sets, 12-20 reps

Day 2-back

Bent barbell rows-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
Hammer strength pulldowns-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
Low pulley rows-4 sets, 10-12-12-15 reps
Pulldowns with narrow v-bar-3 sets, 10-10-12 reps

Day 3-shoulders

Barbell shoulder press-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
Side laterals-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
Rear delt machine-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
Shrugs- 4 sets, 12-20, reps
Side lateral machine-3 sets, 12-15-20 reps

Day 4-arms(superset tris and bis)

Straight barbell curl-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
Scull crushers-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
Dumbellcurls-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
Cable pressdowns-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps

Do a set of bis then a set of tris,etc…

Day 5-legs

Barbell squat- 5 sets, 2-4-6-8-10 reps
Leg extentions-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
Hack squats-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
Hamstrings
Stiffleg deadlifts-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
Lying leg curls- 4 sets 10-10-12-12 reps
Calves
Seated raises-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
Standing raises-8-10-12-15 reps




All sets are to ABSOLUTE MUSCLE FAILURE!!!
Abs should be done twice a week.
Eat 3000-4000 calories a day

very well planned cycle just 2 things I would add liquidex for bloat and depending on brand of test-enthanate you may have to up it a little cause some are know to be under dosed. All I can think of for now.Ohhh one more thing you may like 25g pins better your choices will flow through them. Say hello to 20+lbs in 12 weeks

Sounds like you've done your research! Nice plan IMO. On the creatine/glutamine...Creatine is found in foods like red mean. creatine works by providing an extra phosphate at the intracellular level. Your muscle cells take ATP (adenine triphospate) and in essence "burn" one of the phospates to create ADP (adenine diphospate). Creatine helps make another phosphate more readily available...this means you can push a little harder without running out of steam. Glutamine is an amino acid that is not found in foods, but is manufactured by the body. It IS an essential amino that is most helpful in rebuilding tissue damage. I've personally never heard that either one of these rely on receptors as neither are hormones.

Work hard and heavy and watch those guns gro bro! Good luck!

>Should I expect my bf% to get real high with my diet? ...that will depend. Everyone is different, although 4k calories might be a bit high for your bodyweight. Try it and see what happens. If you don't like the fat gain, throw in an extra cardio session. I"d keep the calories up though as FOOD IS THE MOST ANABOLIC SUBSTANCE KNOWN TO MAN!

>Will I be able to work each of the above muscles 2x wk as expected? That will depend too. I don't even bother trying to stick to a Mon=back/bis Tue=Legs type of regimen. I have an order of muscle groups I hit, I go in that order and work them as frequently as I feel I can without feeling overtrained. Sometimes one or two groups will get hit 2x in one week, but that depends on how the group feels when it's up in rotation again. I NEVER work a group out again it's still sore...that will just halt the growth from the last workout.

>Will I loose a lot of size post cycle with clomid? ..That's the milliond dollar question. Yes, you WILL lose some of your gains. Clomid, keeping calories clean and up, continue lifting heavy with compound movements...all help. That's the name of the game.

>How is my overall calorie intake and diet? ...stick with what you have and make adjustments to your bf by adding / dropping cardio.

>Should i expect stretch marks if i use alot of Vit E and drink alot of water? That can help. Also, stretching your pecs when your skin is cold or dry can give you stretch marks in the pec area. Warm up first, then stretch. I warm up with a sweatshirt on so I get warm and sweaty...then I stretch the muscles (which also stretches the skin).

Bstrong, i hear what your saying about reading my body's responces as i go...I think i will stick with what i have planned and then alter it as i see fit throughout my cycle...

I think i have become pretty keen at monitoring my myself in terms of diet and training, at least when im not being lazy that is...So ill try and optimize growth by tweaking whatever needs to be, instead of being stubborn and adhearing to this exact plan the whole time...

Ill definately post my progress updates and before/after pic's...
