What workout program do you think would gain me the most mass?
Im currently on a d-bo,l test Enth, EQ cycle.

Mon Wen Fri
Do all compound movements Total body workout, such as flat bench, squats, lat pull downs, curls.

Or

Mon Tue Wen Thur Fri
1 Body part each day But Mon and Fri are the same body part. So that body part gets worked out twice that week. So week 1 would look like this

Mon Tues Wens Thur Fri
Chest Legs Back Arms Chest
Next week would be
Back Chest Legs Arms Back

And it would keep rotating, i would also do a little bit of delt work mon thru thursday. I got this version of the 5 day workout from mick's book. What do you guys think?

Or i could just stick with what i do now,
Mon Tues Wens Thurs Fri
Legs Chest Back Delts Arms

personally ....i would stay away from flat bench except for only once in awhile...if u want mass...dumbells r the way to go...as far as your workout "routine"....their should b nothing routine about it....meaning...change it up every week or every 2 weeks....keep shocking your muscles in different ways 2 make them grow...
