You want to Carb deplete from Mon-Wed. Then Carb load @ 150grams complex dry carbs. Divide into 6 equal meals. If you still feel flat look in the mirror and judge yourself and if needed add 50grams of carbs if need be. If your still flat on friday then load 2-3 rice cakes with jelly every 2-3 hrs from 8-9. First thing in the am before pre judging eat some pancakes with alot of syrup and 6oz flank steak. 2 Hrs beforeprejudging take 400mg synthelator w/carbo force mixed with 20grams of glutamine.
Hope this helps! The synthelator can be gotten at www.synthetek.com

Arms post is pretty close to how WYLDE dialed me in at the junior nationals this year....... synthelator works and so does the carbo force with glutimine.. I had to make weight so i didnt start carbing up on weds @ 150 grams but the rice cakes with jam every three hours starting on friday at 6-8 pm... EAT THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! I would contact wylde for particulars.

red wine helps for vascularity and mostly natural show competitors use this lol. Wyldeone is the man for this kind of stuff. DPS, your everywhere bro! :)

The pins lol All the "Natural" guys I know only stay off 6months -1year before comp. This is only from test, they are all pounding fina and other things. I think you could use the synthelator and be fine. It's just a mixture of ATP and some other minerals and Vit's. It's the same as Kyno but without the AMP so your heart doesn't get all racey on ya
