It's been a while but btown is back and is sick of only being 5-11 215-220 10%-12%. I was down to 200 @ about 8-9% this summer and looking my best ever.

Now heres the scoop I'm some what limited to $ money so I couldn't get the best AS b ut I'm gonna have to make do with what I got; 2 10mL of ttokyo 300 and 50 tabs Of winstrol. This is my 3rd cycle and will probable go around ten weeks of 600mg test and finish up the last 6 weeks with 1 tab of winstrol a day.
I workout 4 days a week
MOn back and tri heavy stomache
tue shoulders and calves heavy obliques
wed off
thurs legs heavy stomache
fri chest and bi's heavy obliques

I try to get 10min pre and 20 post of cardio everyworkout.

diet
5:30am breakfest 8 egg whites-only 2 yolks and bowl of life w 2% milk or bowl of oatmeal w/brown sugar
5:30-7:00 drive to work usually eat an apple
9:30am 1 can of tuna mixed w/jalapenos 2/3 a cup of white rice and 1 med size apple or banana
12:00pm same as 9:30
3:00 same as 9:30 usually no fruit
5:00 protein shake w peanutbutter and banana blended 40g eas whey protein
5:45 supper whatever parents cook this is my weakness Maybe should just have monster shake @ 5:00 and skip supper
6:30 goto gym
home around 8:30-8:45 protein shake same as 5:00


Now that I will be taking winstrol my diet won't goto shit from drinking fri and sat night. Once again this is my routine but we all know this isn't always what happens.


PLease critique me for the better, am I eating to much? should I cahnge from white to brown rice? I eat the tuna and rice because it's easy to make and stay consistent with. The not drinking will help me the most to stay lean. I drink plenty of wtaer and will take xenadrine 2weeks on two off for energy in the gym. Remember I am an Ironworker so days can be long thats why rice for carbs and xenadrine helps.

well test is a good base for most cycles. BRo d some more research on gear befor you start and end up hurting your self. not intended to be a flame here. Try www.anabolicreview.com theyhave a few beginer cycles and lots of helpfull info on what gear does to you.

I WOULD DEFINITELY THROW THE LIFE CEREAL OUT AND MAKE SURE ITS ALWAYS OATMAEL INSTEAD.YOU CAN ALSO SWITCH UP THE RICE FOR BLACK BEANS EVERY NOW AND THAN.BEANS HAVE MORE FIBER,PROTEIN,AND ARE LESS GLYCEMIC.REAL EASY TO MAKE TOO. GOOD LUCK BRO

steer clear of simple carbs (i.e.- Life Cereal and white rice) Sugar converts to fat real quick. Definitely go with brown rice or kidney beans or potatoes AND eat oatmeal for breakfast with your eggs. I'd drop 1 of those egg yokes too and use just 1 with 11 whites. And make your own supper...chicken breasts and pasta or something, that's easy. Also, try combining your "stomach/oblique" workouts into 2 (at the most) days per week. The winny and test should bring out some definition with a clean diet and hard lifting. Good luck!

I'm going to assume you are cutting, but you never do state your goals.

You can use test while cutting but you need an anti-e (arimidex, femera, not nolvadex) otherwise estrogen is going to work against you. With your dose of test at least 1mg arimidex ed. This is not to prevent gyno but to hold back the fatting effects of estrogen.

I also think you would get better results in 6 weeks with a tren/winny combo (sans the test). With the above you wouldn't have the expense of the anti-e's either.

Your diet seems high in carbs. I'm a believer in the- "don't raise your insulin levels and the fat will melt off" approach. I do my own version of Animal's diet. I keep slin levels non-existant up till the time of working out and then lb some carbs post-workout. During the day I get the majority of calories from protein shakes, chick breasts and olive oil. Post-workout I hit the carbs. Nix the peanut butter from the post-workout shake.
