But if you havent seen it is has some photos of the big bodybuilders doing a pose down not ripped at all they are in off season form. These guys look like fat cows when they are in the off season now I dont feel bad for being 8% now lol

Which page dp.....and presser I learned last year it does not good for me to stay lean in the winter so I am becoming a regular lil porky this winter and I get to eat all those good things oh wait you cant eat jack I better shut up...jk
