eca's making me irritable

hey bros,

i am taking a prolab eca and find that they make me irritable. is there anything that i can take or do to not be so edgy? or am i just going to have to deal with it? thanks for any info

I'M EASILY IRRITABLE MOST OF THE TIME ANYWAYS, BUT ECA DEFINITELY ADDS TO IT,TAKE A CAP BRO. J/K

yeah i had to stop taking supercaps or the wife was going to
string me up.shes happier and the dicks happier.lol

I love those ABB ripped force drinks..but only one a day..i want to be abllt to sleep at night

eca made me sick to my stomach but it went away-so i assume the irritablity will as well

The irritation is mainly caused by the caffeine. Personally I'm down to pure ephedrine only which gives a far smoother and more relaxed buzz than ECA IMHO. But as presser says, it wil subside.

A great thing to be more relaxed is to take some valerian and some hepericin (St. Johns Wort) along with it. It helped great for me pesonally, but nonetheless, other than cola, coffee and Red Bull's... no more caffeine for me.
