PRE-WORKOUT IT SHOULD BE ALRIGHT, YOUR MUSCLES ARE SO DEPLEATED AND YOUR USING THE REST OF THE SUGAR TO FUEL YOUR IMMEDIATE WORKOUT, NOW GO SIT IN THE CORNER AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'VE DONE, BAD BOY
 
How was the red bull? Probably not worth it in hindsight. Either way, put it behind you - you only have 2 more weeks, and then you can eat whatever you want! Just think about how short of a time 2 weeks ago seems. Anyway, pretty sure you burned the sugar, but stay away from that stuff for at least the next 2 weeks! :)

YOu dont want your insulin levels to spike to much ( my opinion) this will impede the last bit of fat loss if your in ketosis or close... hey but i just a hillbilly.lol record how your body reacted to it time of viens and alll and put it in the arsenal! for contest day!!!!!!
I know they say you can take in sugar after you workout but when im so close its just what the doc laid out for me to eat and nothing else!! I dont like to play hocas pocus with my prep.... i keep it very simple
 
Ya, seeing as how you were probably running on fumes I bet you burned a good amount during your workout (I'm making the assumption that you ACTUALLY worked out, though :D ).

red bull will be ok dude! shudnt be near ketosis anyway! no pro goes zero carbs ever!!
