It look like I am getting closer to moving to the dark side. I joined the board awhile ago but I do not post very much(still learning). I am not new to the iron game, I have been lifting on and off for 13 years. I did a little comp PL in my younger years. However, the last few years I find it hard to put on any mass. My stats are as follows:
Age-36
Height-5'4" (I know one of those short F$#@ers)
weight-165
BF- 12-14%
My diets pretty good arount 3500cal/day and pretty clean 40-40-20
2g VitC
800ui E
2 tbls flax oil
I also have a family history of high cholesterol. Last time I checked mine was 6.8 total HDL 1.5 LDL 4.5.
I am looking for a cycle that will give me between 20 and 30 lbs, nothing to complicated. I was thinking of a Sustanon 250/500mg/week only for 8 weeks or dbol/sustanon 4weeks dbol (30mg/day) and 500mg/sustanon/week for 8 weeks.
I don't think I can run the lquidex I hear its hard on the lipid levels so I would stick to nolvadex and clomid.
What do you boy think?
