Vitamine B12 VS B complex

Has anyone use Vitamine B complex instead of B12. And if so what were your results like. I'm thinking of using the complex as it will help protect against some sides while coming off cycle. All feed back welcome

If you're talking the vet B-complex, I've used it. Don't know if it helped or not, but it helps cut the pain of high-BA AAS. Leaves a nasty vitamin taste in your mouth after injection and smells like ass though! My whole closet smelled! I am going to run it through a syringe filter and use it again next cycle. I would prefer human B-12 but it's more expensive and a pain in the ass because it comes in amps. Hope that helps.

vit b complex usually has a lower concentration of b12. Which is inconvenient.
