Test & Winstrol- First Cycle???

Guys, I want to keep things as simple as possible for my First Cycle. I'm thinking about running Test and Winstrol and would like to get your opinions. I'm 28 years old, 6'4" 245lbs and 9% bodyfat. My goal is 15lbs of Lean Muscle post cycle. Test Enanthate@500mgs for 10 weeks and Winstrol@50mgs ED from weeks 6-12. [email protected] EOD throughout and post cycle with Clomid. What do you think???
 
Looks like a good cycle....throw in some deca or eq in there..u will love the results...happy cycling... bro....and welcome the the board...
 
Looks good to me mate. That would be a good first cycle. 15lbs is definately possible. Arimidex may not be needed, unless you really want to keep bloat down. Just depends on whether you're gyno prone (which you don't know yet as it's your first!). Good luck.

I think that after this cycle you will throw your rope away. Won't need it for steers anymore. Just carry one under each arm and toss them back into the corral. :D
 
Thanks fellas!! I was thinking of trying Test/Dbol instead of Test/Winstrol. I had ACL surgery on my knee a few years ago and I don't want to take a chance at injuring it while using Winstrol.

D-bol is a completly different drug than Winstrol. Run it in the first 6 week rather than in the last like you would winstrol. In your case with a bf% of 9 I think that you will be much happier with the D-Bol. 30-40mg/ED should do nicely. If you could throw in some deca or EQ you will probably be even happier.

Your goals are realistic but probably not in one shot. If you want to gain 15lbs of lean muscle...you are gonna have to eat like a pig put on like 25-30 and then diet back down. You can wave bye bye to 9% BF too...lol.The way I am reading your post you would like to be 260 post cycle. To be a LEAN 260 post cycle you are going to have to go up to 275 or higher and then cut later.
It is virtually impossible to gain muscle without fat or lose fat without some muscle loss. Just as a great example..look at Pressers pics @235lbs...he looks awesome......now @ 205 he is super ripped but has lost some size(sorry Press) BUT....for him to carry the size he had@ 235 AND be ripped he would have had to got up to 260 or higher. These numbers may be incorrect..I am tryin to go from memory.
Its never a one step process....you put on size..meaning muscle and fat..then you diet back down trying to lose the fat but retain the muscle.
 
...simply put i think test at 500/wk and EQ at 400/wk would be great for you...and like 456 said you might not actually be where you want in one go...and when the hell did presser get all the way down to 205...did i miss something...:confused:...anyways good luck bro...

I knew I had those numbers screwed up..I meant he looked great at 255 but had lost size to cut down to 235..but was a ripped 235.....damn you Sully...I knew someone would catch my mistake:eek: .......456
 
Guys, if everything goes as expected, I should get up to 270lbs. When the water and fat comes off, I HOPE to be at 260lbs 10-11% bodyfat post cycle. I think it's possible...
 
just an idea but test prop fina and eq would really get you in the right direction with a very clean diet you can put on almost all lean mass and very little to no fat I'm living proof.
 
Mailbox, I think I'll keep it simple with my First Cycle. Either, Test(500mgs/wk)/Dbol(25-30mgs a day) or Test Only(500mgs/wk). If I can't grow on one of these, then I need to try a different sport.:D
 
My first cycle I did 200mg t200 enth per week wth/4 10mg pinkies dbol every day and for 6weeks and then took Eq 200 400mg per week for 2 weeks with winnie for 3 weeks 50 mg eod and gained 25lbs... was it lean..no not really but I needed to diet more. I would take anything you can get your hands on though get Jacked!
