six week update I'm up 22lbs

Well guys sorry I have not kept you updated for the last 2 week I was unsure of my weight because the scale was off (I know I know aren'yt they all ) well here go as befor I started at 190#s
I am now at 212#s thats 22lbs monday will be the start of week six of Dbol/deca/sust/ 35mg/300mg/500mg 10weeks

here is how it has gone

week 1-2 190lbs-197lbs
weeks 3-4 197lbs-202lbs
week 4 202lbs-208lbs
week 5 208lbs-212lbs

I think I can hit 220lbs by week ten well thats it guys what do you think !

and if I have to chug another god damn protien or weight gainer shake I'm gonna kill someone !
 
Today is my "free" day, though I've been really good. I did just make some stir fried chicken in a tangy brown sauce - have some extra if you want :D

We probably passed each other about 4 week ago, you on your way up from 190 to 212, me on my way down from 208 to my current ~191.

Any way, great progress bro! Sounds like the deca should have just started doing it's thing, I think you'll make it!
 
Well my diet is well eat eat eat I am eating like 10-12 meals a day everything I can eat the only things I have cut out is cany (of any kind) soda (but I cut that like 6 months ago no fast food (well maybe just a little ) but mostly chicken sandwichs but I eat everything else also like 4 protien/weight gainer shakes to make my cals up to par but I think I am around 3500 to 4000 a day atleast well this might not be what everyone eats but like they say if you want to grow big you need to eat big so I am
 
sweet can't wait till december screw this cutting bullshit. 220 you should make it just don't be surprise if you loose some cause of d-bol water weight.
 
Hey man dont knock the fast food when you are gaining!!! It does wonders...my fav is mcds I get 2 double hamburgers put them on one bun w/a small fry man i am telling you that is an easy way to 750 cals or so!!! Oh yeah mcds hamburgers have 22g protein per burger and 2 g. of fat..
 
Thanks guys for the hype you give me I know I will lose some due to water I am not to worried about the hell even if I lose
8-12 pounds I will still be happy with all of my gains I started working with a trainer this morning to pust me and he did I hit 280#'s on incline press and incline dbell press 85#'s each arm for a set of 8 my chest was on fire thanks to him with his help and if I add another meal and shake a day for the rest of my cycle I may even hit 225#'s buy the end (I can only hope but I think I can do it ) wish me luck and keep hitting me off with the compliments they help ! alot !!

Awesome gains, you must be doing something right. Best of luck to you. ( I doubt it is luck, more like hard work and dedication)
 
hey man, nice on the bench gains....do u have a hammer chest machine at your gym?? try doing one arm at a time...just a thought....i did that for a few weeks, my bench went way up..

I'm using these for post workout...found it for $34 on planetdepot.com for a 10lb bucket!

And great gains Shiko. Keep it up and you'll be there soon! I'm finishing up the same cycle with test e instead of sust and gained 25 lbs so far. Eating is the biggest key.

incline dbell press
1 set 10 reps @ 55lb
1 set 10 reps @ 70lbs
1 set 10 reps @ 75lbs
1 set 10 reps @ 85lbs

seated flys
1 set 10 reps @ 115lbs
1 set 10 reps @ 125lbs
1 set 10 reps @ 140lbs
10 count stretch 10 count hold

good work on the chest

i did 325 x3 the other day, my buddy deadlifted the 4th rep, and i did 100 db for incline the other day....and love to finish with flys...
