not me, you should post everything you did down to the last stem of broccoli you ate so I can follow it and experience the
"inny to outy" transformation

Yeah, same here - I think most of us would have a hard time with the first step. "Step 1: Starting at 6'3", 250lbs @ 8-10% bf...." :D

BTW, my same here goes for wanting how-to instructions. I have managed to shave at least an inch off the depth of my belly button, but I'm kinda worried that no matter how low I get my body fat, I'll still have extra skin & some fat in my lower abs. I'm hoping it's not another permanent thing I've done to myself (like stretch marks) from being grossly overweight. Anyone have any suggestions on tightening up loose abdominal skin after the fat is gone?

I'M VOTING YOU POST YOUR ENTIRE CONTEST DIETING PLAN INCLUDING WORKOUTS AND SUPPLEMENTS,AND ARCHIVE THAT.WEIRD AL, YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY A YOHIMBE TOPICAL CREAM, LOWER ABDOMINAL FAT IS USUALLY THE HARDEST AND LAST THING TO LOSE,AN ANTI-ESTROGEN WHILE DIETING CAN HELP TOO.

Yeah, I've been thinking of trying yohimburn or the like... Can never bring myself to spend the money though. I still have a little bit on my lower sides/back, too, so have some to go just straight dieting. I think I'm stuck on the loose skin unless I want to have plastic surgery, though.

hey bro, similiar thing happened to me...except it's not an "outie" its called a fucking hernia! I figure I'll need to eventually have surgery to fix the fucker. Not as bad as Markus Ruhl, but getting there.

AF has yohimburn for 59$ now since they came out with the yohimburn DF.
