just wanted to introduce myself and say hi, i am 31, been into bodybuilding off and on for several years now. i have been back lifting and hitting it hard for about a year now. i've been around alot of boards, haven't posted to much because alot of boards are shit, i've been reading this board for a few weeks, that is why a decided to join, it seems like you guys are friends, and not just on here to talk shit to whomever you feel like. any how, just wanted to say hi, and tell presser good luck this week. take care.
