Will be takin in 560 - 600mg weekly!

Should I shoot once a week or split it up!

Dbol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 1-4)
Winstrol "oral" (50mg /ED (Weeks 9-12)

Split it up so you have the prop that is enhanced more constant.

GO WITH THE M.W.F. ON THE SUST AND SPLIT THE DECA MON.&FRI MIX IN THE SAME SYRINGE AS THE SUST TO TAKE AWAY SOME PAIN

You don't shoot Sust EOD Shoot 280mgSust and 200mg EQ mixed in the same syringe on Mondays and Thursdays. 1 shot twice a week---DONE.............456

...i dont see why you wouldnt "want" to shoot sust eod since it has short acts...same reason you shoot prop eod right?...why is there so many different opinions with sust...lol...eod is my pick...

I'd refer to bass' post from a couple days ago about sust and blood levels, and how much better it is to shoot ed.

I didn't even read the post...but I am gonna say...it must not make too much difference if you shoot it EOD or just twice a week cause people have been doin it 2 times a week for YEARS and growing like weeds........456
